I'm a software engineer with a passion for using technology to solve problems. I strive to create pragmatic solutions that account for development speed, maintainability, and user experience. I'm curious, love diving into new domains, and enjoy sharing insights with my peers. This is not limited to just software and technology.

Outside of work you will often find me in the gym, running, playing disc golf, reading, playing video games, pretending to be a wine connoisseur, or spending time with my family and friends.

Occasionally I dabble with side projects, like this blog, configuring my smart home setup or toying with new technologies. Most of them are at best 80% finished.

Currently, I work as an IT-consultant at Capra Consulting. I enjoy working with technologies all over the stack like TypeScript, React/Next.js, Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Azure, AWS, and Terraform.
